How to add your picture to your Avatar

Hi All,
We are using a program called Gravatar to upload an image to appear on you Blog Avatar as I have done, if you want one follow this link, signup using an email address at http://en.gravatar.com/site/signup the benefit being all of the images uploaded to this site by you will be associated with your email address and all other websites employing Gravatar will have these pictures readily available and will use your current image by default
