Protect Your Sh**, Or Pay for it.
Hello friends i would like to share with you my recent Journey through education which was a Data Protection Course.
Interesting to say the least to realise the pure risk you are at everyday of being a victim of Fraud or Identity Theft. Also with just your name and a photo or even by yapping about how old Mary or Regina has upset you, you are putting valuable and usefull data into peoples heads and if this data was put in the wrong hands it could be worth big bucks/euras on the street.
Protect your sh**, or pay for it
This is what i say to anybody who is sharing their info publicly (pretty stupid of me saying this while writing a blog on a website) but why put your stuff on bebo that tells everyone where you live what you do who ya like who ya hate who ya wanna marry who ya wanna kill.
I am a victim of the bebo revolution Facebook,My space whichever you use but are we all just brainwashed.?? Why cant we just talk to our friends in person rather than have tons of people ya despise added to your profile to “make” ya look popular.
To finish off my point i would like to say ” dont be a fool and give anyone nd everyone access to your stuff Online,Outside wherever you may be the world is full of Frauds,Pedo’s and Gangsters so Protect your shit and be part of it the DP movement
OR WIND UP LIKE THESE GUYS…….(taken from RTE news website)
- 380,000 affected by laptop theft
The personal information of 380,000 social welfare recipients has been lost in what the Data Protection Commissioner described as a ’serious incident’.
- Stolen HSE laptop leaves staff open to identity theft
Staff were not told for 13 days that an unencrypted laptop containing all their personal details had been stolen from HSE offices at the Carnegie Centre in Dublin’s Lord Edward Street.
(comments are highly recommended and will be greatly appreciated)
Thanks for your time

I was one of those HSE victims and it took them a year to let me know this and said not to loose my faith in them that it is under control. How the f**k was anyone allowed to not only hold thousands of personal details on a laptop but to carry it on public transport. Thats the state of our government. Good blog and straight to the point
