Remember the times when Ireland won the Eurovision six times! Wow!!! That is alot. This was when Ireland had slow songs. They were ok, they were not the best of songs but they still won. But just Saturday gone, Ireland’s song Ecetera the pop rock song which i think was the most “alive and kickin” song that they have ever had in Eurovision history just plunged into helplessness by ten other lack of talent tone - deaf songs.
I dont know if anybody agrees with me here but i thought the contest lacked the standards that it usually has every year. l love watching the Eurovision its quite interesting but when I watched the two semi finals on Tuesday and Thursday I just was shocked. Ireland should of got through. I thought it was a fix. Ireland’s song last year with Dustin was crap, okay dustin fans you would probably want to shoot me. But it is true it was a disgrace to the Eurovision. But this year Ireland was shining the torch for the country but was blowing out by the voters whom sadly vote for their neighbours.

well that was my opinion on Ireland I think they should not enter next year. Even when they have a good song they still get knocked to their knees to suffer another blow to their defeat.

yep its funny how you always take for granted that you will have a nice lovely journey home on the dublin bus after seeeing marty and me with your boyfriend, but nooooooo not today sir, yep me and my boyfriend were getting the 79 bus. it was grand until these scumbags come on the bus with drink. the bus driver takes the drink off them, still lets them upstairs. well that is not the worst part yet. as we were travelling on the bus, the scumbags shouted louder and the smell of intoxicating smoke began to appear travelling down into my nose. five minutes later, the driver stopped the bus and went up the stairs and began to kick them out.
obviously they gave him hasslem and were causing havoc upstairs. i was afraid of my life for a few minutes. next of all the driver managed to kick them all off. one of the girl scumbags called him some names which i cant remember.
the driver then closed the doors of the bus, called the gards then the girl scumbag kicked one of the windows that i happened to be at and i go a fright then a bottle was thrown at the front window of the bus.
so next of all the bus driver was then faced with some of the scumbags again and they managed to open the door and gave him more hassle. he rang the panic alarm and they eventually came off the bus.
ye the pathetic gardai came FIVE OR TEN minutes afterwards. really that was “great”. so the bus driver went off with the gards to catch the eejits while the passengers sat on the bus. that was smart!!! lol.
anyway, we waited like ten to fifteen minutes and in the end we got onto the next 79. and thats not all, while we were on the next 79, aload of passengers came on from the 78a bus saying that bottles were throwing at the doors of the bus.

yep that happened alright. seriously are we meant to live in fear all our lives???????????

ye its amazing how Dublin Bus have this tag line “Dublin Bus Did you get it?” (well i might have not exactly said the tag line word by word but its something like that). any way let us move on. have you ever notice all the junkies smoking at the back of the bus and you are sitting there listening to your music. next of all you can smell the horrible smoke that you are nearly suffocating on and you the open the window. next of all, one of the junkies comes up to your seat and closes the window.

now i am a shy person and i would get battered if i asked them to open the window but that is not the main issue. its the bus drivers, ye the bus drivers. have you ever noticed when you tell the driver that there are a couple of lads smoking upstairs, the driver says ok then does nothing about it. like what happened to the “just to remind all passengers that it is illegal to smoke on all buses there will be a fine of 3000 euro. i have never seen that happen.

also the other day i was waiting for a bus the 78a bus came and there was a guy waiting for a bus and the side mirror smacked into the guy’s head. he was nearly knocked out. i was shocked when the guy told the bus driver what happened then he just smiled at the guy. huh smiled at him!!!

another thing i purely hate chipmunk music blaring upstairs on d bus. like come on its sad really. the dublin bus isnt a friendly bus service indeed… smoke, scumbags, junkies, chipmunk music…… AHHHH, i would rather jump in the liffey. (more…)
