Resession what does it mean to you and me. At the moment not to much I think thats because I am abit older in my forthies and my family is grown, I havn’t got the morgage the younger people have. I feel the recession is going to hit the younger generation hardest they were not around in the eightys and have been protected by thoes of us that were. Now they will have to stand on there own two feet, ditch the credit cards. Some of them will do very well while others wil strugle. I was talking to a younger person the other day she said but it cost 100 euro just to go for a good night out. She should have been around in th eighties when “I hate sounding like my mother” but we couldn’t go out we had to make do.

Hi All

I have decided to take over Dolores blog on smoking. She did very well but it wasn’t ment to be this time. not to worry there always another time. I managed to stay of the smokes since the 30thof August. I started mid August with Champix (DONT TOUCH THEM) i TOOK THEM FOR NEARLY TWO WEEKS AND i BLACKED OUT AND ALL ON THEM. My DOCTOR TOLD ME i HAD DRANK TO MUCH BUT I knew this was not the case. I had only had a couple of drinks, I would not touch them again they changed my wholepersonality It took a further month for me to get back to normal after I stopped the champix.

Anyway I stopped in spite of the champix not because of them. I swore I didn’t go through all that madness for nothing. So far I am doing well. I have to remind myself not to eat and I have put on nearly a stone. But I think I have stabilized now so I am going to start walking after Christmas.

I paid €4500  I had eighteen crowns and it was worth it now but it took at least six weeks to recover. I feel good but I am still inclind to grind my teeth at night hope this stops soon. Not ready to put pic up yet not the fault of the teeth maybe just me dont take the best pics.

Its funny how people all seem to look great after going abroad to get dental work done. I travelled to Hungry and had alot of work done. It looks great now, however nobody told me about the three week of uncomfort after the work is done. I had eighteen vaneers including a bridge it was very uncomfortable I had to take pain killers for the first two weeks. My mouth filled up with water all the time affecting my speech, I also couldn’t speak properly for nearly six weeks. I found out later this is quite normal you brain has to ajust to the new material in you mouth. I am happy now but I would have liked to know what to expect. The follow up was pretty bad.
