Champix

I started using champix in August 2008. I took them for about two months and over that two months I started to lose control. I would not advise anybody to take champix or any drug related to it. It has taken me until now to get back to normal. While under the influence I was unreasonable, crabby, depressed and I suffer illusions. I was highly strung and imagined I could control every situation and got really angry when I couldn’t. All I can say is I am a smoker now and maybe in the future I will stop but never again would I try champix. I have not been talking about this on the blogs as I articulate my frame of mind or feelings.

Slimmer United

Is when I get so fat I have to start up a group called slimmers united. I am not miserable nor do I want to smoke anymore I wish its was six weeks from now until I was a non smoker.

Progress

I am down to six cigs a day now. I am not sleeping well. I wake up every half hour with leg cramps and sweats (hope its not the menopause). Has anyone out there suffered any of these side effects. I am going to continue with the champix and hope to be a non smoker within the week and joine slimmers united too.

Talking

I am trying to get to grips with this blogging. I can see why some people love it and some hate. I don’t feel either. I do know blogging gives you the power to talk and give your views to anyone who cares to read it. Myself personnaly I love to talk (verbally) I could talk to anyone for hours about absolutely nothing and have a great time doing this. Some people think blogging is a form of talking but I think it lacks the personal touch (body language, eye contact, facial expressions and the quick verbal exchange between people).

My Smoking Struggle

Three days ago I started taking champax the wonder drug to enable you give up smoking. Heeellllpp I feel terrible and its only day three. I am tired, dizzy and feel as if I only have air in between my ears(now some may say that true) but however its feels weird. Has anybody used champax if so can you give me any words of wisdom pleeeease

Newry

The Quays I went to Newry yesterday. Everyone should go to do their shopping. It was much cheaper. All the staff where real friendly. Nice day out and I will be going there on a regular basis. I have even bought some Christmas shopping. Dunnes Stores & Tesco in the Republic are now off my list of places to shop. Also try the Buttercrane shopping centre
